Processing & Shipping
Each House of Stardust piece is handmade and prepared with care and intention. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be prepared before shipping.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is handmade, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact hello.houseofstardust@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
I’ll be happy to make it right.
Care & Renewal
Each piece will arrive with an anti-tarnish tab. (the little black square) I recommend keeping this tab stored with your jewelry to extend the life of the metals.
House of Stardust jewelry is made to be worn, loved, and lived in. Natural copper and other metal components may darken, patina, or show wear over time. This is a normal part of the life of the piece.
If the wire, clasps, jump rings, or other findings become tarnished or worn, you do not have to replace the entire piece.
Look into our Return It To The Garden program.
The goal is to preserve the stones, beads, and character of the original piece whenever possible, instead of throwing it away.
For care at home, keep jewelry dry when possible and avoid prolonged exposure to perfume, lotions, household chemicals, pools, or salt water.
